The Provider of the Hosting Service is the company 3EB Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mickiewicza 37/58, 01-696 Warszawa, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000804555, NIP: 525-280-14-98; email address: office@hithosting.eu - hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Terms and Conditions mean this document and the documents it refers to, including the Price List and the Privacy Policy available on the website https://www.hithosting.eu.
The Hosting Service consists of providing the Client with server resources, disk space, and functionalities in accordance with the offer presented on the website https://www.hithosting.eu.
The Hosting Service is ordered by completing and submitting the order form on the Service Provider's website or in the Client Panel.
Placing an order is equivalent to concluding an agreement for the provision of the Hosting Service between the Client and the Service Provider under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, the Client declares that they have read and accept the content of the Terms and Conditions, the Price List, and the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Hosting Service is available at a level of at least 99.9% per month. The detailed availability parameters of the Service are specified in the Service Specification.
The Client is fully responsible for updating and securing all applications and scripts installed as part of the Hosting Service.
The Service Provider enables Clients to use the email service as part of selected hosting packages.
The Client undertakes to use the email service in accordance with the law, the rules of netiquette, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The Service Provider uses security mechanisms against spam but does not guarantee complete blocking of unwanted messages. It also assumes no liability for any potential misclassification of messages as spam.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
Any disputes arising from the agreement between the Client and the Service Provider shall be settled by the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on November 14, 2025, and are published on the website https://www.hithosting.eu.
